www.ncix.com Performance comes in all shapes and sizes these days. This particular performance package is an mATX one ;)

CA: www.ncix.com US: www.us.ncix.com This is ASUS’s “bang for the buck” winner for X79 in my opinion. It doesn’t have some of the bells and whistles of the higher end boards, but the performance features are definitely there.

ncix.com This feels more like a spiritual successor to the OC level product from the previous generation, given the colour scheme and XL-ATX form factor (feels pretty high end). Gigabyte has, however, gone with the “UDX” branding for it.

ncix.com Unlike the previous generation G1.Assassin on LGA1366, this one is not a “top of the range” board, but I would say it’s more similar to the positioning of the G1.Sniper. The features gamers need, but without the fluff.

www.ncix.com I was genuinely surprised to see so many new features and improvements over previous generation RoG boards. Seriously. Watch the video to see!

ncix.com Great looks, performance, and features (including BT 4.0 and wi-fi) make this board a killer value on a killer platform.

ncix.com This is the board that exists at the very top of the regular edition boards, and only falls SLIGHTLY behind the RoG series boards in terms of features. In other words, it’s pretty badass…

ncix.com With full support for unlocked overclocking, boatloads of memory, SLI, CrossfireX, you name it, this board is loaded for bear….

ncix.com So today… I load up 6x8GB of RAM (yes 48GB of RAM) in an X58 desktop board. A VERY high end X58 desktop board, but a desktop board nonetheless. Stay tuned to see what happens.
